Our favorite way to get to know our favorite celebrity moms is by watching Vogue's 73 questions videos (hi, Reese! Hey, Blake! What's up, Sarah Jessica?). We decided to add a colorful Bella Tunno twist and introduce our team members. This week we're getting up close and personal with Michelle, our owner and creative director.

What is your favorite holiday?
Valentine’s Day.  I love LOVE.

What is your favorite season?
Summer. Long days.  Late nights. Making memories. We try to explore a new part of the country every summer with the girls and I love all the adventure summer provides.

What is the perfect roadtrip?
I’ll let you know if it’s perfect after we do it, but we’re considering a 30 day AMTRAK pass for our family next summer.  We’ll each pack one bag and go wherever the train takes us.

What’s a recent hobby you’ve discovered?
Working out. I took a decade-long hiatus after having my first daughter and I’m getting back into it.  I go with friends so it’s both a social and physical event.  I hate to sweat and I hate the burn, but I love knowing I’m doing something good for myself.

Favorite rainy day activity?
Organizing my house.  I love when everything has its place.  It just lets the house (and me) breathe easy.

If you could switch lives with someone for a day, who would it be?
Taylor Swift.   No Question.  Please make it a concert day.

If you could have coffee with someone from the past who would it be?

What’s the best thing that happened this year?
Well, it’s a milestone birthday year for me (don’t ask…..that’s rude) so I’m going on a dream trip to Greece.  I have to believe that if that country is still open when we get there, that’ll be the most exciting thing that happens this year.

My husband.  He’s the social media one in my family.  I get a kick out of him.

Best thing your mom taught you?
Every day and every situation is a choice.  Choose kindness.

What is your favorite exercise?
Anything natural and outside – skiing, hiking, kayaking.  The exercises that don’t seem like exercises.

Travel – there’s nothing like exploring a brand new place to put the world in perspective and just relax.

What is the last book you read?
Carry On Warrior.  Great read.

What is your favorite country you’ve ever visited?
Australia.  I could live there. Everything from the kangaroos to didgeridoo is awesome.  (Except vegemite)

What is the biggest thing you’ve learned about being a mom?
Perspective.  My kids have given me the gift of being a better me. They challenge me to see what really matters in the world daily.  I love it.

Favorite ice cream?
Cookies and Cream – preferably in a McFlurry.

What makes you smile the most?
When my girls are kind to one another and others.  You work so hard to teach them how to be great little citizens and when they get it right with no prodding, it’s a happy moment.

Math.  Had to drop Calculus 3 times in college.

Favorite game?
Texas Hold Em.

Indigo Girls / Grateful Dead.  Impossible decision.

What was the last song you listened to?
Shut up and Dance with me.   The radio in the car is not mine anymore.

Favorite place to shop?
EVERYWHERE.  I’m a HUGE bargain shopper.  I love the little treasure finds that no one else has.  I love consignment stores and thrift shops and Nordstrom.  Shopping is my version of hunting.

Best gift you’ve ever received?
My engagement ring.

What was the biggest surprise you’ve ever had?
My friends threw me a great 25th surprise birthday party.

Who is your fashion icon?
Carrie Bradshaw.

What is your favorite fashion trend of all time?
Well, I did win best dressed in 9th grade and it was the peg-leg pants that really sealed that up for me.  So, I’m going to give them a shout-out.

What’s your favorite baby trend?
Have you heard of Happy Knees? They are super clever and functional. These things are the NEXT BIG THING

What did you wear to your prom?
REALLY?  You don’t even want to know.  I wore a wide-leg romper with shoulder pads and a hat.  It was even worse than it sounds. Thanks for asking.

Favorite TV show?
I love the Bachelor.  Embarrassing, but true.

Favorite guilty pleasure?
Popcorn and wine for dinner when I don’t have to cook for the fam.

Favorite childhood memory?
Family road trips.  We had one of those big station wagons with the wood paneling on the sides and pop up rear-facing seats.  We lived in PA and we’d drive to Texas or Florida or Missouri.  We’d play car games and sing the entire trip.  It was the BEST!

My mini (PLANS FOR WOLD DOMINATION) journal to write quick ideas and goals.

What is the perfect date?
A surprise date. I actually started a mystery date night club with 6 of our best couple friends.  You are told what to wear, when to show up and how long to have your sitter stay. The entire date is a surprise and is some type of adventure. It’s awesome.

I would say a kangaroo – I hop around from idea to idea and I’m fiercely protective of my kids.

Meals – I love our B1G Initiative where we donate one meal to one child in America for every Bella Tunno product sold. Nutrition impacts a child’s physical, mental and emotional health.  I love knowing that together with our customers, we are really making a difference.  We donated over 180,000 meals last year.  That’s the population of Salt Lake City.

What is the number #1 nursery must have?
A great glider.  I spent so many hours rocking and reading.
